Ethics Hotline

Ethics reporting hotline is a system in which corporate stakeholders(employees, employees of partner companies, customers, and shareholders) can report unethical and illegal activities committed by employees of SFA and its affiliates or suggest improvements required for ethical management of the company.

As you report a claim or complaint, our audit team starts an investigation. We strictly observe the confidentiality of any content on the report and the anonymity of the reporter(suggester). In case you send us any types of claims or suggestions in terms of ethical management, we will answer them as soon as possible and make improvements as much as possible.

Fraudulent act and malpractice of company/employees
Dual employment of SFA’s employees
Unfair handling of business by executives and employees
Leaking of company and customer information
Receipt of reward(money or other valuables) from interested parties
Acts undermining company’s dignity such as sexual harassment and demoralizing behavior
Unfair shareholding of unlisted partner companies
Other acts violating ethical management
Filing a Report

Agreement of Personal Information Provision
SFA Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) shall faithfully comply with personal information protection rules prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws.
1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Usage
- To handle reports including malpractice & fraudulent activities of the company/employees and complaints & idea proposals from customers/partner companies
- Personal information is collected through Ethics Reporting Hotline system in SFA’s homepage.
2. Personal Information to be Collected
- Required: Name(when reporting under real name)
- Optional: Name, contact information, e-mail address
3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
The company shall discard any personal information without delay once the purpose of personal information collection and usage is completely fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the period specified below.
- 3 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (Name, contact information, e-mail address)
