From its founding in 2012, SFA’s Committee of Corporate Partnership has represented partner companies in order to strengthen a communication channel between 'SFA' and 'partners', and establish a culture of win-win cooperation.

Purpose of the Committee

To faithfully fulfill the role of a communication channel and establish a horizontal relationship between SFA and partner companies in order to consolidate the foundation for mutual growth.

Major Activities

- General meeting (every March), Workshop (every October) and regular meetings with executives
- Other meetings (Technology exchange meetings, On-site visits to partner companies, etc.)
Organization
SFA holds Partner's Day every year to establish a partnership with partner companies for sustainable growth.

Purpose of Partner's
Day

-To share the will for win-win cooperation with partner companies to strengthen business capabilities
-To establish a culture for win-win cooperation based on mutual trust and communication

Overview of Partner's
Day

-Time: Every May
-The invited: About 200 people including SFA’s employees and partner companies
-Programs: Talk between SFA and partner companies, business introduction, lecture by a guest speaker, Excellent Partner Company Award, etc.

Excellent Partner Company Award

-Award Nominee:
1) Partner companies contributing to SFA’s projects by supplying quality components and shortening delivery time
2) Partner companies contributing to cost reduction through a value engineering proposal and such.
SFA receives idea proposals on cost reduction and procedural improvement from partner companies, and reflect them across SFA’s projects. After reviewing the effectiveness of proposals, SFA rewards partner companies with innovative ideas.

Object of Proposal

-Ideas(design modification. localization of components, etc.) to achieve desired functions at minimum cost
-Improvements to enhance efficiency in SFA’s project execution(working procedure, production process)

- Type of Incentive: Financial reward according to grade
- Registration: Registration: Fill up a proposal formand send it to the Purchasing Group.
SFA operates an autonomous dispute settlement system in our dealings with partner companies through Ethics Reporting Hotline and receives proposals to improve current systems and practices.
